While police believe one of the two people killed was the shooter, “we are not ready to confirm that,” Keith said. Deputies were checking several other locked rooms in a facility at Lackland on Friday to see if they can find any other people related to the shooting, he said.

Citizens of San Antonio TX , Militray Personnel, Tourists, etc. should be allowed to carry firearms everywhere as recent news flashes confirm our reports over the years that ONE in FOUR 911 calls failed over the past DECADE putting the lives of our citizens and visitors at risk….Funding for 911 repairs was denied in 2006 by city IT Director Hugh Miller, IT manager Diana Gonzales and others while 23.6% of 911 calls failed putting lives of First Responders/ Citizens / Tourists / Military at risk as all the money was stolen/misused for YEARS….. In 2016 KABB/WOAI/KENS/etc. report that the failure rate remained the same over the past TEN years while City officials including City Manager Sheryl Sculley, SAPD Chief Mcmanus , Councilman Ray Lopez, Councilman Cris Medina play dumb and pretend that they didn’t know despite the fact that Mcmanus, Sculley, city attorney Michael Bernard ( brother of White House Social Secretary Jeremy Bernard) and other city officials have taken steps to hide the 911 failures, the theft of 911 funds , Judicial Fraud in the 57th District Court purchased with tax dollars, 45 months of illegal meetings when whistle-blowers were banned to silence them , the ongoing cover-up by Bexar County DA LaHood and other criminal activity inside City Hall and SAPD putting lives at risk…When 911 fails and help never arrives our citizens / visitors should have the option of protecting themselves when our corrupt government and law enforcement officials refuse to do so….see my FB page for details
