Ellis County Open Carry is having it’s first open carry event in Waxahachie Texas. This will be open carry of long guns only (rifles and shotguns)
All are invited to come and join us in exercising our 2nd Amendment rights. We will have a stage set up for guest speakers and anyone else who wishes to speak about Rights, Liberty or Freedom. We will try to have food and beverage (non-alcoholic) vendors on site. We will start the march around noon which will go south around the city hall then north to the county court house and then back south to the set up area. There will be no barricades or streets blocked off so we must be mindful of traffic.
We do ask that all who participate, please be willing to allow us to do a chamber check to ensure that there is not a round in the chamber. It is not required that you do so, just a safety precaution that we hope all will follow.
