Court Violates Freedom Of Speech, Blocks Release Of Incriminating Videos Of StemExpress Employees Involved In The Baby Parts Trade

The Center for Medical Progress (CMP), is a pro-life group that has released a number of undercover videos depicting Planned Parenthood officials, employees, and their vendors admitting to selling baby parts. They have now accused StemExpress a Sacramento area Biofirm company late yesterday of deliberately trying to “cover up this illegal baby parts trade” soon after the they obtained a ‘bought’ court order blocking the release of any more incriminating video footage.

On Tuesday the Los Angeles Superior Court pissed on the 1st Amendment by granting the issuance of a temporary injunction which halts the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any more videos that show 3 officials from StemExpress, the company that accepts and distributes fetal organs and tissue from the abortions performed at Planned Parenthood ‘medical researchers’. On the heels of our investigative report that StemExpress is also tied with the Trans-Pacific Partnership through their local Chamber of Commerce, this appears to be a financed  ‘cover-up’ as well.
A StemExpress spokesman told the Associated Press that StemExpress is “grateful its rights have been vindicated in a court of law.”  It was also learned from the statement, that the court rejected most of the desperate company’s requests.

The CMP said in their statement that StemExpress is “attempting to use meritless litigation to cover-up this illegal baby parts trade, suppress free speech, and silence the citizen press reporting on issues of burning concern to the American public. They are not succeeding, their initial petition was rejected by the court, and their second petition was eviscerated to a narrow and contingent order about an alleged recording pending CMP’s opportunity to respond.” The pro-life group has repeatedly accused Planned Parenthood of making money from the sale of fetal organs and tissues from aborted babies that is in violation of federal law, which officials from Planned Parenthood have adamantly denied, explaining that they only receive monetary reimbursement for costs accrued, which is legal.

The non-transparent superior court ruled to block the release of video footage showing StemExpress officials recorded during a lunch meeting back in May until the August 19th court hearing.

The CMP have released 3 videos, starting with the first one on July 13, the recent video shows an interview with a former StemExpress employee Holly O’Donnell, who said that she was hired to “draw blood and dissect dead fetuses and sell the parts to researchers.”

She revealed that the employees at StemExpress, were trained to maximize the financial gain of each fetus by extracting the most in demand and profitable organs.

Ms. O’Donnell was caught saying “The harder and more valuable the tissue, the more money you get, so if you can somehow procure a brain or a heart, you’re going to get more money than just chorionic villi or umbilical cord. That’s basically what it is. So I guess that’s an incentive to try and get the hard stuff.”

David Daleiden the investigative videographer for the CMP has said that they have about a dozen more videos and may release them soon.
