Dallas Cop Threatens To Break 14 Year Old Boy’s Neck Returned To Duty After Paid Vacation

A 14-year-old boy in Dallas was quick to the draw when his cellphone began recording a shakedown by a bully Dallas cop, Corporal Terigi Rossi. The armed authoritarian is clearly heard directing verbal at the teenager.

“If I were you, son, I would shut the fuck up. I’ll break your fucking neck,” 

Rossi says, then he continues to berate the minor, “You’re just like your stepmother. You’re a piece of fucking shit.” The gestapo Rossi was also caught saying that he’ll send the youngster to foster care and throw his stepmother in a cold cage for “not listening to me.” This whole confrontation arose because the boy’s stepmother dialed 911 after her car was removed by a tow company and then hung up. The 911 operator believed that the call was not over so the police were dispatched.

Rossi’s preposterous admissions are now coming out since the video was discovered. He told internal affairs investigators that he was using a strategy that he called “verbal judo” on the teen to get him to speak up. Rossi said as far as threatening to ‘break his neck’ was initiating a “verbal technique that I’ve used to try to calm down people or suspects in my career with no intention of ever meaning the words I say.” He’s also disputing that he put his burly arm around the boy’s neck to comfort and calm the kid. But the 14 year old is adamant that he was being choked.

Rossi, who was previously demoted from the Dallas SWAT team for being found sleeping at work, got a three day paid vacation for his verbal abuse of that young boy. There were no arrests made, just a complete derailment of the police role model image that are instilled in our youth.
