Former CIA director John McLaughlin said in an interview regarding President Trumps impeachment “Thank God for the deep state” he then goes on to applaud the CIA for not being in a “chain of command”.
We are more then happy to have the CIA expose corruption in our politicians but we have to ask where was this holier-than-thou attitude under the Obama administration. The CIA had no issues with the Fast & Furious Scandal, Wiretapping journalist, NSA spying, and FISA abuses of the previous administration. The primary purpose and mission statement of the CIA is to collect, analyze, evaluate, and disseminate foreign intelligence. Have they been given a new directive to investigate politicians in the homeland? We at Don’t Comply can state there is no end to American politician corruption in all political parties, but up until now the CIA stuck to their mission statement of foreign intelligence. Coming out of the woodwork now to go after a sitting President only bolsters the claims by President Trump of an active coup by a deep state made up of CIA and FBI that have decided their political preferences must be enacted by any means necessary. Whether wrong or right, The CIA is an unelected cabal and have no investigation authority in local matters. Their actions lead to an obvious conclusion that they not only view themselves as above the law but are also acting on political bias.
