DALLAS,TEXAS To follow-up on our report from a few days ago. The 255th Family District Court Judge Kim Cooks just handed down her ruling today on the case of the seven-year-old James Younger. He and his twin brother will continue to remain under a joint managing conservatorship between their parents, Jeff Younger and in vitro mother, Anne Georgulas.
Judge Cooks also granted both parents joint decision making over all medical, and psychiatric care for the young boys. This means that Mr. Younger and Ms. Georgulas would both have to agree to the use of puberty blockers or any other use of anything to do with a gender, medical, or body altering chemicals. Child support was removed as well. He also got his visitation right expanded to 50\50.
Cooks ruled that each party pay for their own court and Attorney’s fees. This will definitely enrage the mother due to her all out attack on the Dad’s pocketbook in the previous cases. A gag order was issued on the Dad and the Mother and he was also ordered to take down his website savejames.com that has been crucial for him to spread his message and to raise funds to fight for his kids.
Right before the court ruling was announced she closed the courtroom to just family and “court approved” media. The alternative media reporters who sat through the whole trial were blocked from entering. Since the jury decided earlier that the father would not be included in his son’s life decisions this case has gone viral.
FYI the matter of 7 year old James Younger is being looked into by the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. #JamesYounger

Texas Governor Greg Abbott said that the case “is being looked into by the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. State Representative, Matt Krause (R-Fort Worth) said on Twitter, “Absent a special session between now and the 87th Session, I will introduce legislation that prohibits the use of puberty blockers in these situations for children under eighteen. We missed our opportunity to do so in the 86th Session. We won’t miss the next one.” Additional Reps. Cody Harris (R-Palestine) and Jared Patterson (R-Frisco)spoke up to say that they would join Krause on drafting the legislation. Congressional Representative, Chip Roy (R-TX-21) joined the issue and sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr, the director of the National Institutes of Health, and the director of the National Drug Control Policy.
Roy wrote, demanding that a “federal study on individuals who undergo sex-reassignment surgery or hormone treatment before the age of 18,” because of the dangers and the increase in suicide rates, drug abuse rates, and all of the other life altering consequences that will occur. The freedom of choice is what we believe in, but when it comes to young children, introducing life-altering and body altering chemicals into them is not Freedom. There is and obvious age of consent and 7 years old is not it. We support the Human Rights of all people of all races, religions, and sexual orientation etc. We send our luck to James and his brother and wish them both a long and healthy life.
