Baton Rouge, Louisiana – They rolled in some podiums to raise their stature of importance instead of the people they serve to announce to Congress that their shiny badges place them upon a higher pedestal. Following a delusional and dictatorial outcry of equality from the 300k strong money sponge police union the National Fraternal Order of Police. They demanded that their shields be upgraded to top-off the mismatch that they have over us. By being included under the federal hate crimes category would cement their vulnerability against prosecution.
Chuck Canterbury, the national president of the union, who cried out, and demanded this same type of human partition said, “Nine deliberate murders of law enforcement officers in space of a single year also deserves Congressional attention!” According to the proven accurate killedbypolice.net, 1207 people were killed by law enforcement last year with police deaths at an all time low proving that there is not a war on cops. Just in January of this year police were killing four people a day. As we reported last year police are not even in the top ten of on the job fatalities and are appearing in the media more frequently than usual displaying their brutality towards the public. Not only are we trying to get off the ropes in this barrage of restrictions on our rights to self-defense. The constant wail of public disarmament from the lawmakers and the feeble anti-Freedom advocates are finally penetrating further leaving the citizens more defenseless against an overpowering government.
Here we are today, in Louisiana, Bill HB 953, if passed will place all law enforcement in the force field of the hate crime laws. Members of state’s House of Representatives are turning the gears in their heads and considering the bill, when it should be rejected upon being read.
It will change the hate crime laws to read: “It shall be unlawful for any person to select the victim of the following offenses against person and property because of actual or perceived race, age, gender, religion, color, creed, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, or ancestry of that person or the owner or occupant of that property or because of actual or perceived membership or service in, or employment with, an organization, or because of actual or perceived employment as a law enforcement officer or firefighter”. Take a piece out of the above text: “Because of actual or perceived membership or service in, or employment with an organization.” This can backfire on them as well to mean that when police harassing, kill, or maim a member of police accountability organizations and others like, alternative journalists, pro-gun groups, and even political affiliated people who the cops “dislike” would be committing a hate crime too.
State Representative Lance Harris (R) from Alexandria is in full support of the new law using the deaths of NYPD officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu an excuse for his belief that there is a nationwide attack on cops. Just like loggers, construction workers, and deep-sea fishermen, fatalities occur but designating one profession from the others as more valuable that they need to be segregated into a special class is asinine. This would be a divide big enough to part the red sea, and the people who pay the salaries to be served will in essence by paying to be oppressed by a state that actually acknowledges that their lives matter more. This law would fortify the fact that Badges grant extra rights, and would be under the state protected class simply for choosing to be a cop. The Congressional definition of a hate crime is a “criminal offense against a person or property motivated in whole or in part by an offender’s bias against a race, religion, disability, ethnic origin or sexual orientation.” Nowhere in this text does it say profession, and if it’s added it will snowball into a mad dash of other occupations to the protected as well. This opens up the argument that when a civilian man or woman gets assaulted or killed, the punishment for when someone does the same to a person wearing a badge is a higher crime. The regularity of claims and charges of assault on law enforcement officers to the people who encounter these public servants is already abused. By adding a hate crime that adds five years to the incarceration goes to show us that keeping the jails full with extended stay tenants is job security.
People in other professions will want the same protection, for example, tax collectors, security officers, TSA agents, border patrol, jailers, school officials, and even the crossing guard. Notice how these are all government-funded positions? Let’s just erase all of this and go with what Jefferson explains here: “Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add ‘within the limits of the law’, because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.” and “No man has a natural right to commit aggression on the equal rights of another, and this is all from which the laws ought to restrain him.” (Thomas Jefferson to Francis Gilmer, 1816)
A person who tries to defend themselves, run away from, or escape the grasp of a dishonest cop is almost always charged with resisting arrest that morphs into assault on a cop. They can always say he touched me because he dislikes police. By naming this new pro-police law the “Blue Lives Matter” bill, they are panicking as they are being exposed more and more from the general public who can whip out their cell phones in a split second to document their misconduct. They are using legislation that commonly favors them anyway as a weapon to fight back, putting another barrier between the rulers and the peasants. The citizens of the United States are just belligerents to this now communist and fascist regime, the police state has to be powered-up with not only heavy war machines but with more laws that tighten the restraints in order to achieve their goal of complete population control.

There are good cops in the world, don’t get me wrong, I’ve been saved from my stupidity by quite a few, but this takes the cake. Why do we not have hate crime laws like this to protect women, and minorities that are here in the US legally?
