Following a water emergency in West Virginia earlier this year, RT is reporting that 400,000 people have been warned neither to drink, cook with nor bathe with municipally supplied water. With nearly half a million people already without water, the crisis has the potential to explode because it’s suspected cause is a toxic algae bloom in Lake Erie prompting Chicago to once again test it’s water from Lake Michigan.
