A California company by the name of Stem Express has been exposed due to more individuals striving for the truth about Planned Parenthood. The video recently released on Tuesday shows Planned Parenthood’s Senior Director of Medical Services Dr. Deborah Nucatola spewing verbally about fetal organs that they harvest are for sale for $30-$100 each. “We’ve been good at getting heart, lungs, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact” She went on to say that the national organization does not furnish a menu to their clients because their attorney’s are saying that they don’t want them to “be the middle people for this issue right now”. Dr. Nucatola, then goes on the reveal that a purchaser called Stem Express had requested the availability of the organs for sale. Stem Express then profits at around $400 to $25,000 for the stem cells grown from these fetal organs.
Stem Express is a California-based company that was created in 2010. Conveniently its company website was placed into maintenance mode on Tuesday immediately after the video surfaced. The Internet archives show the website listed “fetal liver” and “fetal tissue” available for sale as far back as 2012. The sale of any fetal body parts is illegal in this country. According to the US Criminal Code, the purchase or sale of human body parts is a federal felony. The commercial trafficking of body parts from an aborted fetus is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $500,000. But, the law banning this practice does allow for companies to charge for shipping and processing costs of those tissues and organs. After the video was released, Planned Parenthood issued a statement that said, “At several of our health centers, we help patients who want to donate tissue for scientific research, and we do this just like every other high-quality health care provider does—with full, appropriate consent from patients and under the highest ethical and legal standards. 
There is no financial benefit for tissue donation for either the patient or for Planned Parenthood.” Still, there’s a question to be answered, why Planned Parenthood charges $30-$100 per specimen for fetal organs that would surely wind up as medical waste. The founder and CEO of Stem Express, Cate Dyer is described as a procurement specialist and worked with dissections and human organ donations at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. In their Brochure it contains a quote from Dr. Dorothy Furgerson, Chief Medical Officer from Planned Parenthood in Mar Monte, California “Our partnership with StemExpress is beneficial in a number of ways. First, it allows us to contribute to life-saving research that is advancing diagnostic and medical care. Second, StemExpress has a Plug-in Solution that allows us to add additional clinics quickly. Lastly, I feel confident that our patient’s anonymity is secure through their strict protocols and practices.” 
Another Doctor we have found on the StemExpress Clinical Advisory board is a Dr. Ronald Berman, in a search is found to be practicing out of the Planned Parenthood in Fresno, CA. proving yet an additional link into the evil being committed between these dastardly entities. The self-styled “whistleblowers” have not produced a shred of evidence to support their claims that PP is harvesting tissue for profit.. Even the so-called “unedited” video (from the same source as the edited one), doesn’t provide such proof. But it IS a documented fact that this group has a history of using distortions and deceptively edited videos, and outright lies to promote their cause. Look it up. And a little honest research will demonstrate that PP is not affiliated with Stem Express, as this article erroneously claims.

Yes, CMP LIED. PP is NOT an affiliate of Stem Express. CMP has provided NO evidence that PP is profiting from tissue donations. Maybe you don’t understand the definition of “profit.” A fee for handling costs is not considered profit (and the costs of handling such donations are in fact considerable-as someone who spent thirty-odd years in the allied health field I have a little more than a passing knowledge of the subject).
StemExpress receives tissue donations from hospitals and clinics all over the country. but that’s beside the point, which is PP is not part of the company (and the inflammatory fee schedule does not come from them, nor did they have anything to do with its generation) any more than other donor hospitals are. I can’t comment on what Cate Dyer said because I have yet to find a credible report on what she actually HAS said. What is “all over the internet” are claims based on CMP’s disingenuous hit piece. A rant typical of emotionally inflamed fanatics who don’t know what their talking about- and non-responsive to boot. I am not pro-abortion but I believe that it’s a personal decision made by each individual according to her own conscience- NOT by someone else who thinks they have the right to force their personal beliefs on another, and certainly NOT by someone who uses lies and deception to do it.
As a healthcare professional I have seen first hand what a lot of clinics, including PP, actually do. You obviously have not (for one thing you apparently think that PP’s primary service is abortion- it isn’t. Less than 3% of their patient care involve abortion services- NOT the 90% that CMP has falsely claimed). I could provide you with real data but you clearly aren’t interested in facts anyway.
Your cause would be better served if you spent your energies on the improvement of the quality of life for the children AFTER they are born, and for their parents, and for all people in general- NOT by vicious attacks on people whose opinion on the matter differs from yours. People like you aren’t pro-life- you HATE life.
