Texas Bill Will Allow Children To Consent To Medical Procedures

Texas State Representative Sarah Davis seeks to allow young children to circumvent their parents and let them decide whether or not to receive potentially dangerous medical procedures (like receiving STD vaccinations) without notification or consent of their legal guardians.  According to her website sarahdavis134.com She says, she likes limited government, individual responsibility and personal Freedom, the parents are responsible for their minor children, not the State.

The bill in question, HB 97 and other all out attacks like these on Texas families have no place in The Lone Star State or anywhere else.

• SECTION A1.AA Section 32.1011, Family Code, is amended by adding Subsection (a-1) to read as follows: (a-1)AANotwithstanding Subsection
• (a) or Section 32.003 or 32.101, a child may consent to the child ’s own immunization for cancer prevention or treatment if the immunization is:
• (1)AArecommended for cancer prevention by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; or
• (2)AAapproved for cancer treatment by the United States Food and Drug Administration. SECTIONA2.AA This Act takes effect September 1, 2017.

She wrote in the Houston Chronicle: “Personal freedom and limited government are the foundation of my political philosophy. I believe the proper role of government is to provide only those critical functions that cannot be performed by individuals or private organizations and that the best government is that which governs least.” So how in the hell can she file the types of bills that open the door and prop it open to government intrusion? Another one of her bill’s, HB 107 aims to expand the State’s authority to report and track all the numbers of HPV vaccinations in the state. Following the footsteps of another dirty lawmaker Jason Villalba with a similar law that strips parental rights. HB 120 will get in and block the phrases “reasons of conscience, and religious beliefs” when seeking exemptions to unwanted or unneeded vaccines and replaces it with the term “non-medical”. This is  obviously a foot in the door for what could end up being considered for all “non-medical” exemptions. The evil HB 126 would force Texans trying to use their freedom of choice to prevent themselves or their kids from getting pricked by needles to have to file for and obtain an “education module certificate” that would cost a fee that would be paid to the state before being allowed to refuse having vaccines injected into your body. [adinserter block=”3″]

HPV Vaccine have been associated with a multitude of serious health risks, including sudden death. • Between May 2009 and September 2010, 16 additional deaths after Gardasil vaccination were reported. For that timeframe, there were also 789 reports of “serious” Gardasil adverse reactions, including 213 cases of permanent disability and 25 diagnosed cases of Guillain-Barre Syndrome
• Between September 1, 2010 and September 15, 2011, another 26 deaths were reported following HPV vaccination
• As of May 13, 2013, VAERS had received 29,686 reports of adverse events following HPV vaccinations, including 136 reports of death,⁶, as well as 922 reports of disability, and 550 life-threatening adverse events.”   Natural News reported: While the U.S. media keeps silent, more horrific reports about HPV vaccine damages and deaths are making the headlines in well-respected international media sources. In 2015, TV2, one of Denmark’s national television stations, aired a documentary (The Vaccinated Girls – Sick and Betrayed ) about the development of severe health issues after being vaccinated against HPV with Gardasil.

Explain to them that our parental rights are far more important than campaign donations from lobbyists. She needs to pull these Freedom infringing bills immediately.  Medical Tyranny is alive and well, the violation of medical ethics and the attack on parental and individual rights is in full swing.
