Adam Kokesh, the author of “Freedom” and high-profile activist had a very eventful day by making the bold assumption that he had the right to freely travel in America. The almost 50,000 TSA screeners that work in America have been given shiny little metal badges for completing a 2 day training course after being hired. This is not only an attempt to lull the public into a fantasy belief that the TSA agents have some sort of authority but also makes these high school level champions think they are as special as police and can make up laws as they see fit in the same way law enforcement officials do. In fact the TSA having badges have actually been a sore point with “real cops”.
Kokesh’s encounter starts with an agent falsely announcing that he had no right to film at a check point, yet the TSA’s own site clearly states it is not illigal.
“We don’t prohibit public, passengers or press from photographing, videotaping, or filming at screening locations. You can take pictures at our checkpoints as long as you’re not interfering with the screening process or slowing things down. We also ask that you do not film or take pictures of our monitors.” –Bob Burns TSA Blog
After the audacity of enacting his 1st Amendment Right Adam Kokesh then decided to complain. The first agent in the video below refused to inform his supervisor, prompting a second agent to approach and grab Kokesh’s phone from his hands. Having no authority to physically touch Kokesh or take his property the agent seen in the video committed assault and theft but don’t worry about him, I can assure you he will receive no punishment for this action. Kokesh said after his phone was stolen he yelled for someone to call the police and while the agent was distracted he was able to reach over the counter and retrieve his stolen property.
Kokesh had several other run-ins with the TSA today explaining to them how they have yet to catch one single terrorist and are a complete failure when it comes to national security.

TSA are themselves terrorists, not to mention perverts. I talked with a former airport security officer when the TSA scam began. She quit rather than be a part of their perversion and rights violations. She said she and other airport security agents watched in horror as the first molestations / “searches” were conducted by the foreigners TSA started with. She told one, “You can’t touch people like that!” and he replied, “In my country you can.”
No one who works for TSA should be considered an American or a decent human being. They are scum.
