Tyranny and Oppression Alive and well in Texas.

Tyranny in Texas is an ongoing issue, and we are getting sick and tired of this overbearing authority. Yesterday at the Capitol we had the arrest of Travis Kuentsler for a plastic toy gun and refusal of an unlawful order to leave the Capitol to put his toy in the car. I myself carried a holstered Banana all day on the 13th of January with no issues. We then have Murdoch Pizgatti and Jason Orsek from Come and Take it Texas, both have The State’s permission to carry a concealed handgun in Texas. They were barred from entering because the Texas Gestapo didn’t like they way that it was lawfully concealed. On to C.J. Grisham from Open Carry Texas, while he was exercising his right to record an interview from the opposition Moms Demand Action who would completely repeal the 2nd Amendment if it were up to them, was assaulted by their “Armed” Bodyguard who was allowed in with his concealed firearm. No action taken by DPS on the perpetrator. Then we have Amy Shevokas Hedtke was filming in a No 1st Amendment Zone by disregarding a sign that anyone could make from a printer that states you need “Capitol Credentials” to film or record in a committee hearing. The Sgt. at Arms approached her and asked for her “papers” to record she replied, according to her Facebook post “The 1st Amendment are my Credentials and I will not be swayed and I made it clear that i would not go quietly” Credentials is getting permission to exercise a Right! They decided to ignore her. But District 7 DPS can pick and choose what Right they want to strip from you on any given day. The Capitol of the Lone Star State should have a sign similar to a restaurant having one displayed with their daily specials.  Today at the Capitol we will have a no First Amendment Zone. Friday’s entrée will be unlawful arrests. And on Monday’s they will have panic buttons assigned to easily offended personnel. Come to Texas and see for yourself that we are not free. We are in the shackles of our State. I hope this does not continue, I would really fear for our kids that come after us, that is why we are exposing this Oppression Now!
