A COC (Confederation of Clubs) meeting was being conducted in Waco on Sunday that at least members from six different Motorcycle Clubs were in attendance. According to a relative of dontcomply.com, quite possibly a chapter President of The Cossacks was killed. This skirmish was between the Bandidos and Cossacks, who have been at each other for sometime now. One biker had words with another in the bathroom, that turned into a push ,then into a brawl, were there are conflicting stories as of now. The police say the fight started inside but some patrons are saying that they took it outside.
Founded in Texas, the Bandidos are the largest club in Texas, there is an unwritten rule that only the Bandidos may sport the Texas rocker, which is a patch with the name of the state on the back bottom of their vests. Any other Motorcycle Club who adorn this patch which designates the entire
State of Texas as their turf is declaring war on the reigning club. So this in turn pissed off the Bandidos who are the only MC, outlaw or not that is to wear a “Texas” rocker. This meeting was on the schedule that can easily be found on the COC website. Law enforcement therefore had prior notice of this gathering.
Local police and deputies from McLennan County Sheriff’s department were already there on-site. It’s looking like a high possibility that all that were shot and killed were by the hands of the police after a knife, chain, and brass knuckle fight ensued with one biker brandishing a gun.
The previous Texas head of the COC was Sputnik, who passed away about five years ago, since then many have stated that the loss of this great ‘peacemaker’ has contributed to increased tensions between the Motorcycle groups around the state. He spent his whole life in a number of MC’s with his last 20 years as an Independent biker and started a huge rights and freedom movement back in the early nineties on the 4th of July to be exact. The sole wearer of the ‘Lawmakers’ patch that is dealt out to the top lawmaker of the state. With only 50 issued at one time, one for each state across the nation, other notable holders of this patch and position were guys like Senator Ben “Nighthorse” Campbell.
We have obtained photos of inside the sporting goods section of a nearby WalMart showing the removal of Guns, Knives, and Ammunition from the shelves with one excuse being ” due to activities that have arised we are not selling ammo at this time”. With an incident across town being splattered all over the media as a scare tactic into withholding ammo and other self defense items from other law abiding citizens.
